Night Owl

At this chapter in my life, a late night is 10:00. A really late night is 11:00. A normal night is sleeping at 9:30. This applies any day of the week. But when 8:30 pm hits and my son is asleep, these types are becoming my cherished alone time to drink my tea, read my kindle, draw a tarot, listen to a podcast etc. Here’s what I’m leaning into.

Some books I’m reading currently on my Kindle:

At night time my go to for years has been peppermint tea but with Spring being here I’m back to making overnight infusions. I highly recommend them and they’re nourishing to your soul! The Witch’s Apothecary has great ones! You can make the overnight infusion and drink it room temp, hot or add ice. Some herbs to consider:

nettles, oat straw, dandelion, chickweed, burdock, red clover, cleavers, and red raspberry leaf

From the Witch’s Apothecary

Some listens ~

Buffalo Traffic Jam - Fools Gold, Comfort in Misery

Maggie Rogers

Yumi Zouma

Rainbow Kitten Surprise

Beautiful Chorus - Heart Chakra

On the next blog I’ll post my typical weekly meals which are usually pretty clean. But here’s my late night snack
